NICKY KEMP

Nicky is managing editor of BITE. She believes the notion that you ‘can’t see it you can’t be it’ is more than a pithy quote and that giving a more diverse range of people a platform is vital to driving diversity in our industry. Media owners and conference producers who are not actively investing in finding and giving a platform for diverse talent are part of the problem.
