We all work in highly competitive industries but at DICE we believe collaboration is crucial to addressing the inclusion crisis.

The road to the final iteration of the DICE Charter being published was supported by some of the world’s biggest events companies and diversity consultancies - all of whom have already made diversity and inclusion a priority.

This part of the DICE website serves two purposes:

First, a huge thank you to those who not only helped write, review, and edit the DICE charter but also support and champion the use of DICE in the conferences and events space.

And second, if you’re a conference organiser looking for help or resources to improve your D&I, these organisations can help.

And in doing so, we’re helping to build a more diverse pipeline of speakers and leaders in the digital industry.

Dear Adland is a positive platform, to listen to people's anonymous stories in the creative industry. No names are mentioned. Or companies. It's not a witch hunt. It's about sharing our stories and learnings, to connect, and help others who might be going through something similar. We are not alone. Our voice is our power. We can all help to #createchange so it's a safer and more positive place for everyone.

Uninvisibility

Founding supporter: the uninvisibility project

Jane Evans is one of the world's most successful female advertising creatives. But in her mid-fifties, she found herself invisible to her industry. She knew she wasn't alone and she knew this was just an advertising problem. She started The Uninvisibility Project to highlight the fact that the first women who entered the workforce en masse are falling off a glass cliff. Uninvisibility is a global network of elite female creatives who are writing a new narrative to create a better future for midlife women.
